The place was incredibly cute and perfect for a romantic getaway. Steps from the beach, with a porch and lovely back patio to spend time in. This being a shared property is known only after you have rented (at a 500.00 per night rate). So what happens is you are constantly wondering when and if someone will use and arrive at the cottage in the back. Your stay becomes awkward. VRBO should make it requirement to list "a shared property" in their original listing descriptions.
