This large, well-equipped studio has a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Bathroom has a shower. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a small, bistro table and a large dining table and chairs in the main room. There are wood floors and a high, open-beam ceiling. The large, wraparound tile patio has comfortable outdoor furniture and great views. Beach chairs and boogie boards for playing in the sun are included. There is on site parking . Close to Amtrak and Greyhound stations and Moxi, the children’s museum. Bird life abounds in nearby Mission Creek. Resupply at Santa Cruz market, 3 blocks away and the local Farmers' Markets. The owner was accessible and promptly replied to any questions we had. The studio is cute and comfortable. The main area has a line of windows going completely around it on three sides, -so it is bright and sunny. There are good window shades for privacy. The location was absolutely perfect for us as we attended an event nearby. It was so great to park the car in a dedicated off-street space and not need to drive it until it was time to go home. The studio is equipped with lots of thoughtful items - like a yoga mat, hats, teas, and an iron and ironing board. The porch is the best. There are various sitting areas with comfortable chairs. I loved sitting out there with the perfect temperature breeze. There were great plants and fresh flowers on the porch - a hummingbird came everyday to check them out.
