Pool and patio seating run down and should be replaced. Pool bottom looks dirty. Except for a loud and roundly group sitting by the pool, drinking and yelling all night during our first night, all was adequate, staff courteous and doing a good job, nobody chased away the obnoxious party though.

Staff very friendly and accommodating, room was clean and great quality for price. I felt all hotels in wine country should have glass wine glasses. A little disappointed they expected you to enjoy your wine in a plastic cup - bummer. I will call ahead next time and only choose hotels in wine country that have actual wine glasses. They don’t have to be fine china just glass.

Kronborg was a huge surprise. When I travel, I usually stay at Hiltons and Marriotts. Kronborg is not a five star hotel, so don't go expecting that. But the location is fantastic and the rooms are clean and well appointed. There's a fridge and Jacuzzi tub in most rooms, which is really nice. The main hot tub was around 102, which is plenty hot. There's also plenty of parking. We arrived late and checked out at 10am the next morning. We never saw a staff member other than housekeeping, but was really no issue. It's a very reasonably priced hotel, the walls are well-insulated for sound, showers have adjustable shower heads with good pressure, and the rooms are comfortable and fairly modern. I would have no problem staying again.
