Surrounded by lush gardens and full of natural light, this quintessential Santa Barbara style home is sure to invoke feelings of tranquility and delight! This 3 bed, 2 bath home was originally built in 1928 but has since undergone stunning renovations that have married modern convenience with the original rustic charm. A large fig tree greets you at the front door. Once inside, you will be enchanted with the unique architecial gems such as beamed ceilings, adobe cut-outs in the walls, and scalloped archways. Delicious meals can be prepared in the modern kitchen then enjoyed at the bar seating or at the elongated dining table, which seats 6 comfortably. The living room features a comfortable sectional couch with large TV and working fireplace- perfect for cozying up with a good book or your favorite show! The main bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, and is connected to the second bedroom via a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, completely updated with ample storage space and large shower area. The second bedroom offers a luxe Queen size bed, sure to help you get maximum zzzs. The third bedroom is off of the second, and features a comfortable couch that pulls out into a Queen size bed, if needed. For days when you want to dine al fresco, there is an outdoor dining area for 4, as well as a Traeger wood pellet BBQ. End your days relaxing on the outdoor couch or making smores with the firepit. Should you need to work from home during your stay, there is a studio in the garden, complete with a desk and wifi extender, to compliment your stay. Nestled in the quiet Mission neighborhood, Casa de los Suenos is located to all the best this town has to offer. Fantastic SB vibes in this house. Super clean and fresh interior style, great garden for relaxing and the location is close to everything. We stayed for 5 weeks, had our adult children visit and look forward to returning! Bedrooms sharing a bathroom was the only downside. It’s a bit difficult to enter yard through a bedroom as well, however because it was primarily two of us, our small dog and road bikes—it was perfect. ##### carol j.
