This is a large and typical Sardinian villa which has just been restored. You will find a large Mediterranean garden of 1300 square meters, swimming pool, solarium, indoor parking, 100 meters from the shoreline, in a minute you are on the beach.
The freedom and privacy of a villa a few steps from the beach, the comfort and care of a unique hotel. You will be our only guests (the more you are the cheaper it is). The owners, who live on the ground floor, themselves will take care of everything: from daily cleaning (making beds, changing linen weekly or as needed, daily renewal of towels) to the care and maintenance of all outdoor spaces. We offer you a generous breakfast, which you can have in private or share with our family. You will have exclusive use of the entire upper floor (100sqm), with its unparalleled sea view, from the covered terrace attached to the Suite (20sqm) and the Suite itself (20sqm) and two other double bedrooms, one of which is a quadruple room, a large hallway (with sea view) and a master bathroom. You will also have access to all the other common areas (swimming pool, garden, porch....) from which you can admire the Gulf of Palmas. On the covered terrace you will find a built-in kitchen. You will be able to freely enjoy the intimacy of your family or visit the restaurants and bars in the area or on the island. The owners have personally carried out the restoration of this organic villa, respecting its origins, through green building and feng-shui. The latter under the guidance of Arc. Silvia Archetti Voltolini, owner of the "La Porta del Sole" studio in Brescia*. The furniture is made of solid wood, natural wood without any treatment, the three double beds do not contain a single screw or nail.
All you have to do is relax - we'll take care of the rest.
Many of the products We offer you (vegetables, fruit, cheese raw milk & mozzarella) come from our friends' (Anja & Samuel) biodinamic farm. Now you can buy them and have delivered at the villa.
The owners, kindly and discrete, loving the sea, seldom uses the pool and it and the solarium will be basically all for you.

- heating & air conditioned on request to be paid separately at live cost, nothing more: in the suite there is the second part (smoke turns) of a Tyrolean kachelofen or stove. This is free.

The apartment of Alessia and Paolo was the best airbnb we visited so far! They are
wonderful people who do everything to make their guest comfortable. We felt at
home after a few days. The apartment was very nice, good outdoor place / kitchen
with lots of privacy, nice pool and parking on their own driveway. Breakfast was
outstanding. Every day a different cake / pie or other self-baked food, freshly baked
bread, good coffee and other local products. There was so much food, that we
sometimes felt guilty, because it almost seemed as if we had not eaten at all :) We very

The accommodation was absolutely fantastic and we really enjoyed the evenings with the family.
The evenings with the outdoor kitchen on the balcony, overlooking the sea. Included
sunrises and sunsets overlooking the small village and the sea.
The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and you can see the lovely handwork that was done for them.
Handwork that was done for the homemade furniture. The huge swimming pool, which is free
and very well maintained, is just one of the highlights of this beautiful villa.
The homemade breakfast with personalized schedules was a real treat.

Great villa in the heart of the small town of Maladroxia, a few steps from the sea. We are
left in 6, three couples in their 30s, the owners made available to us the entire
second floor of the villa including 3 large double bedrooms, a bathroom and a
sea-view terrace with a table and kitchenette. On the ground floor the owners live and there is
there is also a large swimming pool that can be used exclusively by us (and the family
occasionally). There is a bathroom near the garden and an oven
Sardinian grill. The b&b solution includes every morning a breakfast
(amazing and rich homemade prepared by the owners themselves), cleaning every day and the
change of linens as needed, also practically daily. Thank you

Wonderful experience, special compared to other airbnbs. It was the cleanest holiday
house we ever stayed in. The breakfast served daily by the hostess was amazing, the

friendly. Maladroxia is a charming village which you can admire from the tarace. The
