"Mold under soap trays in shower. Shower head loose behind wall and leaking inside wall. Hair stopper in tub drain loose and broken. AC would only blow air but would not cool. No vent in bathroom so humidity in room was high after use of shower. Mold under bathroom sink. Front desk called my sixteen year old son a grown ass man and threaten to adjust price as we had three adults not two adults and a child. Expedia calls for anyone under 18 to be listed as a child. Paid for breakfast vouchers but wouldn’t accommodate my son, leaving us with one person missing breakfast every morning. TV would work intermittently. Overall not super impressed with the quality of our stay. Had a rough couple of nights trying to sleep uncovered due to the heat in our room. Could be a nice place with a little work. "

"There was a flight that booked their passengers here and it caused for a 2 hour wait time to check in. There was no other form of check-in and only one staffer. Clearly the staffer was frustrated and took it out accordingly. My room TV wasn't working had no soap and the AC rattled all night. I asked for an extedned check out and was rewarded 1 hour for 12 p m. Could not get my room turned down because i asked after 9 a.m. but was never instructed to do so, i asked at 10. Overall the elevator was broken and the roof had plenty unsightly roof leak stains and the rugs looked and amelled old."

"Everything was perfect. Room lovely. Crazy clean. Everyone of the staff I cam in contact with was an absolute friendly lovely professional. Quite possibly the best hotel I’ve stayed in. "

"Elevator was broken for the entire duration of my trip. All hotel staff was horrible at communicating & made me change plans & spend more money than planned or needed if communication was better. I got in very late & needed water but the vending machine was completely sold out."

"Room was never cleaned, bed was stripped and never remade for two days, trash was not emptied, the mattress had a big stain on it as did the carpet. Toilet had flushing issues. Had to ask for clean linen. Refrigerator froze milk. I reported this all to three different managers and was told they would look into Not worth the amount of money I paid to stay here. Refunds or apologies were never offered."

"Although the hotel is under renovation the rooms were clean, staff was friendly and within close proximity to food groups, etc. "
