"This apartment is big and equipped with most of facilities you need. There are co-op and store in gas station nearby. Highly recommend it to those planning a family trip. "

"Nearest shop I found was the Co-op in Kegworth.
Room was clean and fine, but there was no info, eg that there's an alarm which goes off if you don't latch the kitchen door, who to contact and how I'm case of need. Prior to arrival, a map of the site showing checkin location would be useful.
I booked with hotels.com.
I was disconcerted to receive repeated, unexpected, curious-looking emails and phone messages threatening to cancel my booking if I didn't send my government id and a...

"Excellent property, modern, clean. Feels safe, easy comms, easy to get keys.
Really warm, good kitchen, only minor point is shower lacks power in onsuite but didn’t try the other bathroom!
Lots of cooking utensils, and clean baking trays which is a must. Returning. "

"A very pleasant stay at the accommodation. Although it was only for one night, it was worth the money.
However, there was an unpleasant smell that greeted you as you got into the apartment which you kind of get used to."

"A mixed bag: positives: house was clean and the key lock and parking was convenient, and food and drink supplies very welcome.
Negatives: our booking was changed fairly last minute from “the terrace” to a different house “the Mews” for unknown reasons. (So my review is not for this listing, but for “The Mews”.) Although the house was on the same estate and also had 3 double bedrooms, one of the bedrooms was pretty small, and the original property had the master bedroom on its own top floor ,...

"Unfortunately the room had a few issues which were rectified by Luke on reception. TV not working, in room phone not working, air con centrally controlled and not able to adjust with the sun on the window from sunrise. Have stayed before and will come back as staff always very helpful. "
"Location is a little out of the centre but in a nice area.
Check in was easy and the Room was clean and comfortable. I had a very good night sleep.
All was good until breakfast.
The breakfast area was filthy, most tables needed clearing when I arrived yet staff were just stood around talking.
The breakfast was also dreadful, bacon was undercooked and cold, scrambled eggs were brown, cold beans and hard bread.
When staff decided to start clearing tables, they were using a trolley which was absolutely caked in filth and just left it in the middle of the restaurant for diners to see.
Wouldn’t stay here again"
"Parking was easy, checkin very easy. Staff helpful and very friendly.
Gym and pool great but busy, room good but just 1 chair and pillow cases inside out on pillows and not covering them completely. Room quite dark with lights on but not easy to dit fien with 2 people, just one chair. So sat in the lobby"
"Staff throughout extremely helpful and friendly really appeared to want to make stay extra enjoyable. Food was excellent, good choice available. Leisure facilities a real bonus"
