The rental is ideally located 550m from the shops and 1400m from the town, the port, and the beach. You have a private parking space. The rental is composed as follows: you enter and access the beautiful living room composed of a dining area and the living room. The kitchen is separate just opposite. For the sleeping area, you will find 2 bedrooms equipped with a 140x190 bed and two 90x190 beds. For amenities, you will find a bathroom with a separate toilet. Regarding the exteriors, you have access to a terrace accessible from the living room. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. You have an internet box with Wi-Fi. Access to the swimming pool is fenced and secured by an access gate. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Sanary, pleasant memories. We ask for a deposit of 25%. The balance payment is due 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute reservations. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional €100. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A €5 per day per pet surcharge will apply. We recommend the mill of Saint Côme for the production of olive oil. We also recommend the walk to Mont Faron to appreciate the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the big markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
