Apartment - 4 people - 2 bedrooms The apartment is located on the 3rd floor which gives it an incredible view, and the residence benefits from an elevator. The rental is composed as follows, you will find a spacious living / dining room with kitchen partly open to the living room. All this space also opens onto the very well-equipped terrace, with table, chairs and deckchair from where you can enjoy a splendid sea view. For the night area, you will find a first bedroom with two single beds and storage, and an open bedroom located in the extension of the living room and which can be separated by a curtain where there is a bed 140 * 190cm. For amenities you will benefit from a bathroom where the washing machine is also located. The toilets are independent for more comfort. The apartment has an internet box with wifi, of course free. A real quiet rental in a wooded and flowery setting, while being close to the port, beaches, shops and activities. The rental is ideally located facing the sea, 600m from the sandy beach of Portissol, and 400m from the shops. It is the ideal rental for a family, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, without having to touch their vehicles during the holidays. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Sanary, pleasant memories. We require a 25% deposit. The balance payment is due 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For more comfort, you can choose the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. A certificate of holiday insurance or civil liability will be required. No rental will be finalized without these documents.

Location agréable mais avec surprise

Cette location est spacieuse, elle bénéficie d´une vue exceptionnelle et est idéalement située, mais la prestation ne correspond pas à la description car il n´y a plus de parking à cause d´importants travaux. Heureusement que l´agence a eu la délicatesse de nous fournir une place en ville !

Appartement de bonne taille pour quatre personnes. Des difficultés pour trouver une place pour la voiture. Un parasol sur la terrasse aurait été le bienvenu. Dans l’ensemble, très agréable séjour
