This property is absolutely amazing! The owner, David, was there the entire time to help with anything we needed! Karen, the tour guide helped us with a golf cart rental and a mainland tour, Mayan Ruins and Cave tubing. We had the overwater bungalow which had the back porch for morning serenity coffee, the private pool, and the glass bottom in the kitchen and room! This island is a great little gem that has not become as commercialized as other tourist areas! Definitely a must see! We will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay. My friend she's been thinking about it ever since she's been back she wants to return and we more than likely will. The owner is very accommodating. The bartenders were fantastic. The food here were not the cheapest was extremely good. The cooks or chefs are just amazing with what they do. And I love the views from the room. Towels and sheets could use a little upgrading but other than that this place is an absolute gem. Sorry for the late response for rating a lot of family stuff has been going on since we've come back. But can't wait to return. This establishment rocks

The office and restaurant staff was thoughtful and friendly. The room had poor air conditioning. The bathroom has no ventilation so the ac works extremely hard to keep the room cool, so our 1st night was extremely uncomfortable due to the room being hot. Our 2nd night was a little better after recommendations were made to ensure the bathroom door remained close after housekeeping refreshed the room and the air conditioner was serviced. If you are looking for a intimate and quiet stay with your spouse this is a great place to stay.

Our trip wouldn't have been complete without this hotel, all the staff, the on site restaurant and the beautiful water views all around! David and his staff are amazing and went above and beyond for me and my family ! The resort is way from town but close enough to reach everything in 5 -10 mins. People were great! Location was very nice - getting our own golf cart for the week was really helpful for us. David is such a joy to be around and Karen who arranged tours for us was incredibly helpful. Just a nice peaceful and affordable spot. We stayed in the 2 bedroom bungalow and loved the space indoor and outdoor.

Great experience at Lina Point Overwater Resort. The resort is truly over the water and is great value. The rooms are nice and comfortable, with fantastic views. The staff go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. David the manager, plus the regular swimming pool barman, get a special shout-out as being very good at their jobs. Five Stars.
