This is a small, old fashioned hotel in a quiet area. Nothing fancy or high-tech but a comfortable bed and safe surroundings. Basic room with plain, minimal decorations & furniture but everything worked - lights, TV, air conditioner, frig, microwave oven, coffee maker, good water pressure and did not run out of hot water. It is located within walking distance from the Oceano Dunes and the beach - no need to drive unless you want to drive your car on the beach. The beach area was so expansive with very few people. What a treat. The price for the room is fair so anyone who gripes about it should stay home. The staff were friendly and attentive when I asked for a bucket of ice from the front desk since there are no ice machines on the property. I enjoyed my stay - thanks!

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and polite. The air conditioner was awesome it worked very well. Parking was easy to get in and out of. Super close to the beach about two blocks away maybe two and a half blocks. There's the deli next door and they make good breakfast burritos or just regular burritos if you want. Our stay there was very nice

Perfect location for beach walks and across from great Cantina. Property was immaculate and all requests were honored.Road was noisy now and then. It did not bother our sleep.
