About this property

Spectacular Beach View Next to Fairmont El San Juan

  • Our apartment at ESJ Towers is located at a beachfront condo-hotel in Isla Verde Beach, a very popular touristic area of Puerto Rico. The beach is right on the back of the Condo Hotel. The swimming pool is still closed for repairs. We do not have the exact date of the reopening.
    We have a prime location next to Fairmont El San Juan, walk to the casino, bars, restaurants, night live, music and close to car rentals, fast-food places, supermarket.
    Of course the best beach in the north side of the Island Isla Verde Beach.

    Also, this ocean view apartment has a comfortable kitchen, a spacious bathroom, balcony, air conditioning, 50" smart TV, high speed internet, gym, game room and more.
    We are registered with Puerto Rico's Tourism Company.

Yes, the photo is accurate. The beach is seen from the room. The room was comfortable and clean. Nice to see there was an emergency power bank that the reidge was plugged into. We enjoyed our stay.

Very thoughtful host, fully equipped kitchen, and even had ice in the fridge, along with a cooler and beach chairs to take to the beach. A covered parking spot in the parking garage is included. You just walk out the building right onto the beach past the gate. Great location close to many restaurants bars, car rental places grocery stores.

I was a very nice condo well maintained loved the view.loved the Beach the owners are very attentive for anything you need.one inconvenience was the laundry room. 4 out of the 6 washers not working and 1 out of the 5 dryer's not working.Besides that i loved it.

Great location and value!

This property is in a fabulous location - right on the beach. The beach has rentable chairs and umbrellas from local vendors and was enjoyable for our entire family.The pool deck was still under construction so we didn't get to see it.The property was clean, the AC was cool - we spent most of our time sightseeing and by the ocean!Great value for a great location!

Perfect escape

I am so grateful to have found this amazing condo to stay at. The view is spectacular. Everything was just as described and as seen in the pictures. Beach location is wonderful and also easy access to many great restaurants. El Pueblo supermarket was an easy walk away to purchase any essentials. The kitchen had everything you could need for food preparation. I hope to be back soon!

Beachfront getaway

We had a wonderful week on vacation at this terrific property. The location is perfect, being steps off the property from the beach and short walks away from restaurants, grocery and shops. The kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare a full meal or just a quick snack. Toaster, blender, pots, pans, etc. Beach chairs and towels were provided and were much appreciated. We were completely satisfied with the property and the views from the balcony were gorgeous. Only thing to be aware of is that you are in close proximity of the airport, and being on the 16th floor, the sound of jets taking off can be distracting at times. This was a great vacation and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! Beaches are lovely. Lots of Tiki access. Fairmont hotel next door has great food and staff! Easy access to everything with Taxis outside Fairmont. Nice grocery store behind Chilis just a few blocks. Good restaurants on Main Street. Slept great. We used the small kitchen too. AC worked well. Beautiful view. Kind, available host! Five stars! Amazing stay! Beautiful and prime location!

This stay is an amazing experience. We would definitely book again. Super accommodating and responsive host. Rosa is very friendly! Only steps away from the beach and restaurants/bars. There’s a supermarket on the corner to get groceries from as well. There’s a café in the lower level of the hotel that we got to enjoy, as well as super friendly and attentive staff in the building. Ubers were extremely affordable but cars are definitely not required for this stay. We had a wonderful time staying here. The room overlooks the beach. The room was complete with anything you would need, sunscreen, dishes, beach, chairs, etc. We have no complaints about our stay at all all!
