Very clean and updated property. The pool was absolutely beautiful and the hours are good so uou can go early morning or late night. There are a few decent food options and the breakfast buffet was really yummy. It's pretty far outside of the main San Jose area, especially with how bad the traffic is it can take almost an hour to get into town, but its still a really nice spot, it definitely gave a resort vibe.

Jetlag recovery hotel!
We had 2 nights here getting ready for our trip around Costa Rica. And also waiting for our bags that KLM had misplaced. Comfortable hotel in a nice area. We felt safe wandering around. Reception gave us toothpaste and toothbrush as we had nothing initially. Breakfast was $35 for two and was very good. We couldn't use the pool as our swimwear hadn't arrived, but it looked nice. Generally id recommended when youve had a long flight, good place to chill out for the day.

The property exuded modern charm and offered an array of fantastic shopping and dining options. The staff, proficient in English and Spanish, were incredibly professional and accommodating. Throughout our stay, both the hotel's front desk and restaurant teams went above and beyond to cater to our needs. In particular, Wilmer and Hugo from the restaurant staff made our dining experience exceptional with their extraordinary efforts. If I return, without a doubt, I'll choose this hotel once more.
