« The house was perfect for our needs. We were in the area for my mother-in-law's funeral. We had two family members staying with us, and we had other family members gather with us in the evenings, which provided the opportunity to reconnect and begin the healing process. It was comfortable and spacious for a 2 bedroom home. We also appreciated the laundry room, so we could come home with clean clothes. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I had booked 2 months in advance (and paid) but got notice 3 hours before checking in ( was in a plane heading there) that “sorry” but could not take me that they would honor a cancellation like they were doing me a favor. "One elevator is broken for over a week, no water during regular hours 8-12am, the room wasn’t clean popcorn hair and front desk just appologized with we’ll clean it tomorrow. Breakfast is all plastic trays cups cutlery and food is very basic. Offseason no room to sit for breakfast and lacked staff to clean up. "
