This is done before and after every guest. (This ongoing disinfection process is reflected in the housekeeping fee). During this time, the kitchen remains stocked with eating utensils plates and glassware as well as Coffee filters. You may choose to bring your own bedding, towels, disposable plates, cups and utensils, spices, etc. Anything to make your stay more comfortable. Please, NO sleeping bags. There will be 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of bathroom tissue to start your stay. Cleaned and sanitized bedding, towels, blankets and kitchen cloths are supplied. Only a couple blocks to the beach and to restaurants at the harbor. A great beach house! We were allowed both early check in and late check out without any glitches. The cottage is adorable and was very clean and organized. Communication was excellent and pictured as advertised. Backyard deck is a sunny quiet spot. Street parking was challenging with beach traffic but everything else was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.
