The room and property were very clean and well kept. The room felt updated and modern. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and right across the street from the zoo. Several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The hotel is about a 45 minute drive from pier 39.

Cost of our one night stay was reasonable, room was as pictured, room was clean and comfortable. Outside was somewhat run down and check in area would not be considered a lobby, little given to appearance but not effected the stay.

I love the location. It's right across from the zoo and just down the street from the beach! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Very quiet at night, not a lot of traffic on the main road in the evening.

Staff verbally abused me because they could hear my voice on the phone they had in their own hotel room. When asked for clarification, they were very confrontational. I had to leave property without confirming my checkout was complete as I felt u safe.

The room was clean and spacious. Coffee maker was nice (cream/sugar would have been good) I was surprised to return to my room and have it serviced with fresh towels and garbage empty- We stayed in Reno paid twice as much and got nothing.

Love this hotel…. It is within walking distance to ocean beach and San Francisco zoo. Bonus points there Is a coffee shop at the corner and a plant store on the next block. Pizza place and convenient store within walking distance ( same block). Parking included with stay. Room was clean and remodeled with a mini fridge and microwave. Definitely recommend and will be back!

The staff were actually amazing, I was scared because of all the negative reviews I saw about the staff but they were super accommodating and helpful! I stayed for a busy concert weekend and they handled everything amazingly. The room was clean, the ac worked great, and the windows opened in our room so we were able to get fresh air!

The location of this hotel is great; It is just a couple of blocks from the beach and the zoo, very walkable distances. The neighborhood felt very safe. The rooms were clean, comfortable and at a great price for San Francisco.

The front desk lady (owner? Wife’s owner) EXTREMELY RUDE. Screams at customer. No customer experience! Horrible communication skills. ROOMS are decent. Beds are not comfortable at all.

It was quiet. I slept well there. Mirage inn was in easy walking distance to the beach. It took me 7 minutes to walk there and watch the waves, surfers, pelicans flying. Coffee cafe next door. Bus stops right there. Walking to the Pomeroy rehab center where my event was took 15 minutes or less. I felt safe walking at night. Zoo was across street.
