Just off the main living area, the second-floor patio features a BBQ, outdoor dining, and comfortable lounge seating, making it the perfect spot to grill dinner, enjoy a glass of wine, or relax after a day at the beach. On the ground level, the private hot tub offers a relaxing retreat just steps from the Primary Suite and Bunk Room. Together with the home's three distinct outdoor living areas, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and unwind. Crowning the home is the expansive rooftop entertaining deck with ocean views, a fire pit, comfortable lounge seating, and an oversized dining table. Whether you're enjoying sunrise coffee, sunset dinners, or evenings under the stars, it's the signature gathering space guests remember long after their stay.
PET POLICY:
Pets may be allowed if the pet has been approved by Management and a nonrefundable Pet Fee has been paid. Fee will be added to reservation total before confirming. Pet Fee: $150 Plus tax per pet
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
This is a NON SMOKING home.
For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated if they are prone to check, bark or are not house broken. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. Any damage caused by your pet is not covered under your damage insurance. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.
Pet Fee: $150 Plus tax per pet.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.
The home is equipped with exterior security cameras. There is one at the front door - on each corner of the house facing out and on each balcony. These cameras are for security purpose only. There are no interior cameras.
