I would not recommend this hotel. It is not well lit. The neighborhood looks sketchy. The service is horrible. We asked for clean towels because the ones we had were dirty. We went to pick them up at the front desk. The new ones we received had black grease stains. We immediately took them back and notified the person at the front desk. To our surprise the man at the front desk was not glad that we notified him. He actually blamed it on us, and started yelling at us about it. The yelling was uncalled for, unprofessional, and not necessary. It made our stay so uncomfortable. Plus there was a lot of activity in other rooms. People coming and going making loud noise with their cars and slamming of room doors. I wasn't prepared for the tv being an old fuzzy tube tv. I was on my way to San Diego but did not want to drive late into the night. I planned ahead and booked a room here, and am so glad I did. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Hotel was located in a very undesirable location with a lot of crime, was woken up several times during the night by police sirens and prostitution activity and drug dealing.Staff was rude, unfriendly and rooms were not clean. The hotel was embarrasing. I made the arrangements for 10 people, and the hotel and location left me as the butt of every joke for the entire weekend. Thankfully, last minute, I was unable to take my son, no refund of course \[...\] .
