Worst experience Ever!

I would not recommend this hotel. It is not well lit. The neighborhood looks sketchy. The service is horrible. We asked for clean towels because the ones we had were dirty. We went to pick them up at the front desk. The new ones we received had black grease stains. We immediately took them back and notified the person at the front desk. To our surprise the man at the front desk was not glad that we notified him. He actually blamed it on us, and started yelling at us about it. The yelling was uncalled for, unprofessional, and not necessary. It made our stay so uncomfortable. Plus there was a lot of activity in other rooms. People coming and going making loud noise with their cars and slamming of room doors. Definitely not a family friendly nor business friendly environment.

I knew it was going to be a cheap hotel, so I was prepared for a smelly smoky room. I wasn't prepared for the tv being an old fuzzy tube tv. But the mini fridge and microwave were extremely useful

Perfect for a stop over!

I was on my way to San Diego but did not want to drive late into the night. I planned ahead and booked a room here, and am so glad I did. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I will stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

good price, great for basic simple needs

i stayed for the night, the room smalled of cigarettes, so i felt open to smoke. i saw very bad reviews but you get what you paid for, and the location you stay at. i was able to sleeo shower and chill. and there was a great seafood spot close by

the cab service they gave me kept changing the prices on me. the hotel had a funky smell. the morning staff was very rude.

Americas Best Value Inn

Experience was terrible at this location. Hotel was located in a very undesirable location with a lot of crime, was woken up several times during the night by police sirens and prostitution activity and drug dealing.Staff was rude, unfriendly and rooms were not clean. Pool was not heated and no spa.

Went to the Pepsi 500 NASCAR race in Fontana. The hotel was embarrasing. I made the arrangements for 10 people, and the hotel and location left me as the butt of every joke for the entire weekend. Thankfully, last minute, I was unable to take my son, no refund of course [...] . To top it all off, the United airlines couldnt even get usall the way home yesterday. worst weekend ever.
