Basically a waste of my money, I went to check in and straight to my room. Immediately after opening the door I smelt feet, mold, dust, and musk. I inspected it and it felt disgusting in the room, the carpet, the restroom, and the bed. I sat there for an hour with the window open to let out the smell and it wouldn’t leave so I left. If you have standards and don’t want to feel disgusting then I recommend staying elsewhere. I basically paid for a 1 hour stay.

Front desk on site manager was very nice when checking in. Once I arrived in my room I noticed at least 10 roaches. Went down to request another room. Manager was very apologetic and polite. Once I arrived in my second room the first thing I saw was 3 roaches in the sink, one on the wall and several on the floor. I promptly asked for a refund which I was given and found another hotel to stay at. Very inconvenient and nasty

This place is more like an apartment complex and not a hotel. You have families with their pets staying there. When we walked into our room - it stunk so bad! Smelled like dog and funky feet! The bed is on a platform and the mattress is so uncomfortable, it sounds like you're on plastic - so every time you move it makes a loud plastic noise. We didn't sleep well. This place needs the halls and evaluator cleaned. I do not recommend this place.

This place looked like a transitional place, for the Homeless. A Traphouse!!!! It was horrible As I was going up to check in I was met with big Dogs(untamed). The Hall smelled like piss, not urine…piss, it was strong. I get to the room and look around, it was dirty looking. I go to the bathroom and there is mold/mildew everywhere scum in the bath hair all over the shower walls,(I knew I wasn’t going to shower in that)I pull the covers back and there is hair in the bed human hair, animal hair, the covers were dirty, spots everywhere on them, walls had dryer food on them the phone didn’t work, the internet didn’t work(causing me money for job and school) it was awful there. The building needs to be torn down, with all those Roaches it had, the lady tried to change rooms, but that one was worse than the one I came out of… A Dog had used the bathroom in the hall, I guess the guy came back and got it, cause when I went back down it was gone! I have RECEIPTS. I would stay in my car if all the other hotels were occupied and they were the r only hotel left with rooms! I took pictures, and those pictures on the internet are LIES! Wish it was a place to load pictures

Saw a roach at check in, then a couple of more, when we started heating up dinner more started coming out. The furnace did not work it was below 20 degrees outside. The front desk lady was nice and gave us extra blankets. She did not offer to change rooms and I did not ask. The person I was traveling with did not want to move and in my experience the second room can be much worst than the first. I did kill all the roaches I saw which was around 10. Did not see any the next morning maybe they traveled to a room with food sitting out.

Nasty room and bed pillows. The tub was filthiest. We were next to a Dog camp which I believe was cleaner than the hotel. The minute I walked into the room I immediately left and checked out.

Decent place to stay
The hotel is old but actually very comfortable. Recommend staying on the top floor to avoid any insects from the local area. This hotel is near construction so plan smart when traveling. Recommend you ask for extra towels if staying more than a day. Overall, clean and affordability is cheap

NO HOT/Warm water in the hotel. You can’t shower.
Was in Schertz for a soccer tournament. We had several games and needed to take shower after being muddy and dirty; guess what, they didn’t have warm water. I asked the front desk and she said the plumber will come tomorrow. Seeing someone at the elevator, he said the hotel does not have warm water in the last 22 days. He was a long term resident inside the hotel. This hotel is a scam.

Find yourself a better hotel.
The gentleman in the front is nice and to the point, but the hotels are very dirty. They definitely need to hire more housekeepers or a better one. The rooms smell terrible and are not well kept at all.

The property was in poor condition. No hot Water for showers. The toilet was broken. The room had not been cleaned properly. Since our stay was only overnight, we cleaned the room ourselves and I jury rigged the handle on the toilet so we could use it.

You definitely get what you pay for at this place. The staff is friendly, but the whole place smells like smoke or something weird, the floors are sticky, there is no hot water, the beds are horribly uncomfortable and the overall place is dirty.
