Reception staff were excellent - welcoming and very helpful. Room cleaning was less good - same rubbish under the bed through our whole stay, teabags not replaced, water not replaced every day. Restaurant was similar - some good dishes - steak, pasta, others less good - schnitzel. For some reason we as a couple were sat in what appeared to be the family dining area one evening when there were plenty of tables in the main dining area. In balance, would consider staying again for location, parking etc. but could be better.
