Staff were very welcoming and explained the attractions surrounding the hotel. The location of this hotel is excellent as it is literally walking distance to key tourist spots. Many restaurants nearby and beautiful sceneries all around. The room arranged for us (i believe it was upgraded) is spacious, clean, comfortable and amenties are comprehensive. Rooftop bar is great too ! Other than that, nothing special. Its rooftop terrace, for breakfast or evening bar, is without rivals in Salzburg. The only drawback is that its rooftop is so good that lots of non-residents would come for breakfast so the waiters may occasionally overwhelmed. The staff were fantastic, the check-in couldnt have been easier. Rooms are excellent and have everything you'll need. Its location is just about perfect, putting it in walking distance of all the major attractions. There are 3 parking bays right outside the hotel to use whilst you unload your vehicle.
