It had everything that I needed except for an iron that is available in the common area in the basement. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. They provide complimentary water and juice in the fridge for free. The walk along the river to the old town was amazing. The hotel could use some renovation, but room was clean and bed was surprisingly comfortable. The staff were all very helpful, the down side was the rooms were slightly dirty. You could see grime along the radiator and on the floors. Felix, our receptionist, was an excellent host. Our check-in was fast and he gave us directions, information, and got us a taxi right away. We appreciated all he did for us! The only we didn't like was the bed arrangement. The bed was in a wood frame and located in a corner against the wall. This was in a private room in a normal double or queen bed. The location is quite isolated in terms of shops or places to eat or get coffee, which is tough given that there is no breakfast option.
