The bedroom and bathroom could use a bit more cleaning though and the pool was closed for most of our stay. The staff were polite, buy not very hospitable. Overall, the hotel was modern, provided clean enough, carpet free space that was close to all the amenities in Ocho Rios, including the beach and shopping areas, but needed a little bit more to get to five star quality.
