Hot water did run out after 30 minutes or so on a couple of occassions. Apartment was superb and had a sauna and towels and bedding and all kitchen implements such has cooker, microwave, dishwasher kettle, washing machine. Separate toilet to bathroom (teenagers need this). As good as Ruka Suites but just 50m further away on those steps."
