Tents are great with comfy beds (I slept great), mini fridges and Roku TV. And they stand up well to heavy rain (we had a downpour overnight) with no leaks. Warm shower with towels, 2 bathrooms w sinks. Campsites have fire pits with firewood and Appalachian chairs. And they have BBQs too. The Zen Den is well stocked with food. Location is excellent. « The home is welcoming, so cute and charming. There are 3 sleeping areas with beds. We had 6 for a mother/daughter trip. The home is located within walking distance of serveral restaurants! Fabulous location. We were able to visit a local winery - Millbrook and take a tour of Elk Ravine Farm, and eat breakfast at the Hangar! Amazing trip and would not have been the same without this wonderful stay! Thank you Tanya! »

While the outside appearance did not adversely affect our stay, I would strongly suggest to the owner to power wash the house especially the area at the guest entrance. It could look brand new and appealing with minimal effort versus spider webs, bugs, dirt and mold on the exterior of the house. Needs an AC...
