"Hello, we are a family of 4 from South America. We stayed at the Piccolina Vacation Home and it was excellent. Very nice place with nice kitchen and bathroom. Nearby there is a little Piazza to get a coffee, pizza and to do laundry. Also, very friendly neighbors and a supermarket nearby. There is a bus stop just a couple minutes away that takes you straight to downtown to see the Sassi. Great place!"

"The villa more than lived up to the photos and descriptions. Stunning hilltop location that offered privacy, 360–degree views, and easy access to Matera and a couple of small charming towns, as well as day trips to the higher-profile tourist towns like Polignano, Alberobello, etc…. "Truly fantastic boutique hotel! Such an amazing find! Highly recommended. Parking is free and easy to find. The hotel picks you up and takes you into the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. On the day of our departure we needed to leave very early and they had a full breakfast ready for us and gave us a ride back to our car with no problem at all. The location at the edge of the cliff is absolutely stunning and the views are unparalleled. The rooms themselves are unique and very well appointed. The bathroom in our room needs to be repainted and the loft where the kids slept got very hot. But other than that we can't find a single fault with this lovely spot in a beautiful city! "
