  • Air-conditioned, completely enclosed villa with a tree-filled garden, an infinity swimming pool, and sea views from the terraces, in a quiet, residential area that is very calm and relaxing. It is also 300 m from the beach, with direct access.

    2 terraces, an outdoor living area through the terrace
    1 exterior dining area on each terrace, one of which is equipped with an awning for protection from the sun.
    Indoor parking for 2 cars, automatic gate, intercom camera.
    All outside lighting is controlled through remote control at each exit point. Electric shutters.
