The Sant'Antonio residence consists of four apartments.
Three three-room apartments and one three-room apartment with a mezzanine.
A tranquility area with a 13x8 secure swimming pool, a fenced playground for children, a ping-pong table, table football and a bowling green. The residence is 15 km from Porto-Vecchio, 1.5 km from the village of Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio, 1.5 km from Fautea beach, 5 km from Tarco beach, 8 km from Favone beach, 5 km from the Gulf of Pinarello, 10 km from the Gulf of St Cyprien.
The Sant'Antonio residence is the calm of a large 4,000 m2 property decorated with cork oaks, arbutus trees and wild maquis.
With a capacity of 6 people, apartment n ° 2 breaks down as follows:
• Shower room with sink, shower cubicle, WC, washing machine, table and iron.
• Equipped kitchen, large 2-door fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic glass hob, microwave, dishwasher, cupboards, Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle, dishes and cookware…
• Air-conditioned living room, rectangular wooden table with 6 chairs, convertible 2 places in 140 with memory foam mattress, television + Italian channels, DVD, WIFI connection.
• Air-conditioned bedroom with 160 bed, bedside tables and large closet.
• Air-conditioned bedroom with two 90 cm beds, bedside tables and large closet.
Outside :
• Large covered terrace of 16 m2 furnished with garden table, 6 chairs, built-in barbecue.

A deposit check will be requested upon arrival of 500 Euros. This deposit will be returned to you by post after your departure. The tourist tax is paid on site: € 0.50 per day per person over 12 years old (from June 1 to September 15)

tolle Wohnung, gute Lage im Südosten der Insel
sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung (z. B. gemauerter Grill, Waschmaschine, erstklassige Klimaanlage), absolut sauber, freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter, toller Pool, schöner, eingewachsener Garten, Tischtennis, Bool, ...
Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Einzige Einschränkung ist die recht nahe Hauptstraße, die zwar nicht zu sehen, aber doch zu hören ist. Uns hat das nicht weiter gestört, aber absolute Ruhe kann man nicht erwarten.
