In short, an exceptional 360° view of the Dordogne valley in a stylish and comfortable house. The key points: 1 - a typical Périgord house fully restored in 2022 and 2023, easy to live in, comfortable and modern 2 - a south facing exposure 3 - an ideal location in the heart of the Dordogne valley with a panoramic view of 5 castles 4 - a large 12x6 swimming pool with its pool house 5 - 4 bedrooms, 4 toilets, 3 bathrooms The layout of this 170 m² house is: On the ground floor \- Changing room \- Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area \- Living room (more than 30 m²) with panoramic view \- Laundry \- Guest WC \- Double bedroom "en suite" with shower room and WC (the double bed can be transformed into 2 single beds).
