Beautiful new 2-bedroom apartment, Saint-Raphaël Golf Course, near the beach


  • In a secure 4-storey residence with elevator, this pretty 2-room apartment is ideally located, close to the beaches, the hyper centre and the train station. (Appt is on the 2nd floor). Easy parking for this residence. You can do everything on foot in a very exotic and pleasant setting to live in.
    For lovers of sailing sports, petanque or idleness, everything is there to enjoy your stay. We will be happy to welcome you. Please note that we only take reservations from Saturday to Saturday for one or more weeks.

Appartement très agréable

Idéalement situé: vue imprenable sur la mer, plage et commerces accessibles à pieds, nous avons même pu profiter du feu d'artifices depuis le balcon! Appartement spacieux et lumineux. La climatisation a été très appréciée mais la chambre gagnerait à être davantage ventilée pour permettre un meilleur refroidissement. Merci à Frédéric pour son accueil chaleureux. En résumé, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et notre découverte de Saint Raphaël a été une excellente surprise.

Logement bien situé

Les propriétaires ont été sympathiques et accueillants. Ils nous ont même récupérés et déposés à la gare à notre arrivée et notre départ. Ils ont été réactifs lorsque un dysfonctionnement est survenu. L’appartement est très bien situé très proches de la mer et des commerces. Il est également climatisé, ce qui est un luxe par grande chaleur, il faut juste penser à vider régulièrement le seau de condensation situé sur la terrasse. L’appartement est bien entretenu, fonctionnel et semble avoir été rénové récemment, Seul petit bémol, la chambre est exiguë et manque d’aération. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement et nous en gardons un bon souvenir en famille.
