Appartement en bon état, vaisselle minimum (pas de carafe d'eau). Robinetterie de l'évier en mauvais état. Appartement agréable avec jolie vue sur l’Estérel.

Appartement au calme petite rénovation à prévoir

Appartement au calme mais un peu vieux. (prise électrique qui ne fonctionne pas dans la cuisine, les clanches des portes qui ne tiennent pas bien) Les points négatifs sont: une seule clé et pas de parking intérieur. C'est difficile de gérer avec une seule clé pour un appartement de 4 personnes qui font des activités différentes. Le parking intérieur est plus confortable surtout quand il fait chaud...Plus de chaise à la piscine chauffée, il faut s'asseoir par terre...
