The location of this house is very nice. The view from the back yard, across the lake, is quite lovely. The town of sandpoint is a short drive across the bridge.The living room area of the house is large with plenty of comfy couches to lounge. The bedroom and bathroom on the main floor of the house are pretty small. The kitchen and primary bathroom are a quite dated. The kitchen/cooking supplies seemed incomplete. The owners of the house live in another house, next door, on the same property. The owners are very nice, but the property doesn't feel private. When we were spending time in the yard or down by the lake, the owners were in the yard doing yardwork. ##### Greg S.
