### New Modern Luxury home. Enjoy the sweeping lakefront and mountain view’s. 

Your Sagle retreat awaits at this delightful newly built 6-bedroom house. This incredible lakefront home resides just minutes from downtown Sandpoint and a quick 20 minute drive to Schweitzer. This home was designed for families in mind.   
  
Upon entering the home you will immediately experience the luxury of the home combined with sweeping views of the lake. You will be impressed with the large indoor/outdoor fireplace that creates the perfect atmosphere for a cozy evening watching the sunset. Large indoor and outdoor tables were designed to support lots of seating for meals. The kitchen comes with the newest appliances. Enjoy the two different types of speciality ice cubes in the new Samsung Bespoke fridge. Relax on the large sectional to enjoy a movie or just take in the views.   
  
A full guest room with a king size bed can be found on the 3rd floor when you enter from the garage or front door. This level also has a full bathroom and laundry room.   
  
The 2nd floor offers a bedroom for everyone. From the master bedroom with a king sized bed and large walk in closet to our delightful bunk room featuring a queen size bed with a twin above as well as another twin bunk bed. This room also has an ensuite bathroom which is ideal for families wanting to share a room. Two other guest rooms are also on this floor with queen beds and custom closets. A shared bathroom is also available on this floor.   
  
The lower level offers more fun and entertainment with another bunk room. Another TV room for movie nights and a full kitchenette. This level leads out to the lower deck with our large gas fire pit that overlooks the lake. An additional full bathroom is also on this level.   
  
Every bedroom comes with custom automatic black-out blinds to ensure a great nights sleep.   
  
Right off the deck you can soak in our new bullfrog hot tub or head straight down to the water.   
Enjoy using the corn hole boards or one of our two paddle boards and one kids kayak to explore the lake. Private dock with boat lift. Outdoor wood burning fire pit with sand to play. 3 miles to downtown Sandpoint, 30 minutes to the top of Schweitzer mountain. This home is a luxury getaway for family and friends to relax and create lasting memories of beautiful North Idaho.   
  
Thank you for caring for our home in the way its intended. Please be respectful of the neighbors and respect quite time after 10pm. CCTV exterior security cameras are in place.   
  
Parking: Exterior parking is very limited. We have spots for 2 cars in the garage and 3 cars can park outside. Please keep this in mind when planning your trip. Boats may be launched at springy point or city beach in Sandpoint. Please reach out to us in regards to your boat trailer.  
•• PETS: The owner of this property has a dog. We cannot guarantee this home is pet hair free or allergy free.   
\*\*NOTE: Each year on September 18th or the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet. Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks. The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.

#### The Perfect Lakefront Getaway – Stunning Home with Incredible Views!

We had an incredible stay at this amazing new lake house with our family! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how beautiful it was—stunning design, huge windows, and incredible views everywhere you look. The great room was spacious and comfortable, and the massive dining table was perfect for all 10 of us to sit around, play games, and just hang out.The hot tub was in the perfect spot to take in the views, especially at sunset, and the big fireplace made the whole place feel warm and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made cooking super easy.We stayed here while skiing at Schweitzer, and after long days on the mountain, it was the perfect place to come back to and relax. It was an unforgettable trip, and as a bonus, we even saw two bald eagles right outside the front window! This place is a total gem, and we’ll definitely be back!

#### Best Lake Vacation Rental! 

This stay made our whole vacation so special. The house is 100 the nicest house we have ever stayed in as a family. The hostess Lisa went out of her way to make sure every detail of the home was perfection! The music sound system will make you feel like a celebrity, fishing gear, paddle boards, corn hole and popUp tent sent us up for success many afternoons swimming right off the dock! I loved the white noise machines that allowed my 13 and 15 year old to sleepWhile the adults stayed up playing games. The kitchen was perfect for cooking large meals and sitting to break bread as a family. The house is a quick drive to sandpoint for antiquing and tgrrr are many boat rental companies very close and easy to rent from.Don’t hesitate. Book. And add an extra day just to get lazy!!! We will for sure be back!

#### Ski Trip 2025

This was a great place to stay. I think there was a bit to much chlorine in the hot tub made some of us itchy but I get that they have to have this chlorine at a high level. Other than that it was a great place.
