Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean. Warning for light sleepers, there are railroad tracks close by and you will hear the train. The hotel provides ear plugs which we didn’t need but my sister and I are not light sleepers. Overall we had a good stay. It’s conveniently close to downtown Davis and our family that we were here to visit were only about 5 minutes away.

Our stay at the University Park Inn & Suites was very pleasant. The rooms are simple and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Our room was on the ground level, looking out to a nice grassy area with plants and flowers. I will stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for a quick girls weekend away. We hung out at the pool, walked to downtown Davis for dinners and drinks and the staff were super accommodating. It’s very clean. Pool is great. No fee for parking and all in all was a great location! We would definitely recommend!!
