This home is ideal for Visitors, Families, Business Travelers, and Executives. We are located one block away from Sunrise Blvd & Antelope Rd where there are many eateries, fitness centers, supermarkets, shopping centers, banks, and car rentals, ... Pets are not allowed at this property. Violating the no-pet rules will result in eviction & HOA and/or RnR-imposed fines of up to $1,500\. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roach, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation. 30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation.
