Not a good place for families to stay, especially with younger children as there is probation sweeps on a regular basis and people going to jail... So if you're on probation, this is not a place you want to stay... I was giving double beds when I only wanted 1 bed ..can't complain about that I did have my husband and child with me, I notice my room had no fridge and I had groceries I went downstairs and kindly asked for a fridge I was shoo-ed and was told " he'll be right there" ..about 30mins later I go downstairs to make sure I wasnt forgotten about cuz it been quite some time now. I see he's annoyed that I'm still asking about the fridge this time I tell him I'll wait in the lobby this time . He then goes on and says he's busy and he's the only one for the night shift ( which I don't get what that has anything to do with my request for a fridge and he was scrolling on his phone as I approached the lobby counter) long story short he was getting loud with me and talking over me making all these excuses why it was taking so long for a fridge and was informed that I would have to wait to the next day!! ( Mind you I was going to be there for two days and my whole night was already wasted in the lobby) . I did end up receiving my fridge by 11:40PM!!!
