Pour le reste depuis le parking, en passant par l'accueil, la salle de restauration et la chambre impeccable, rien à redire. Trust in Hotels.com is basically evaporated because they sent me and my family to a boarded up broken window property and then acted as if it wasn’t really their fault. The room was dirty. Trash on the floor. Rusted hinges, stained caulk, cracked toilet tank and shower head/pipe loose and coming out of the wall with a big goop of caulk that did not help. WiFi doesn’t work if your room is at the opposite end of the hotel so we had to move rooms. Breakfast is below average. This hotel needs to have the rooms updated, remodeled or the price should be cut in half so you pay for what you get. There was a “chemical” odor in our room that gave us headaches. The front desk person was very nice and tried to find is a different room but it had an odor too. The staff was incredibly friendly but the property itself was very disappointing.
