There were people hanging around doing drugs in the hallways and on the steps. outside of our hotel, where our car was parked, we were watching a man hovering around and yelling on the phone and staring into our vehicle. I think the worst of all was the pull out mattress was covered in what seems to have resembled piss and blood, and there was no bedding to cover it.
