Located on Tapeka Point beach - just two minutes from historic Russell village with island boat tours, attractions, shops, vineyards and restaurants. Outdoor living is superb with a large furnished deck, privacy screen, sun loungers and BBQ grill.

The living area has high ceilings and a nautical theme with a Cape Cod feel. Views extend through floor level sliding glass doors that open the room onto the deck. Double glazed and air conditioned for year round comfort although this is the "winterless North". Books, magazines and DVD library.

Enjoy a romantic meal at a waterfront restaurant or local vineyard - or pick up a take out and a bottle of wine for the sunset. If you must cook there is a fully equipped granite kitchen with an ice maker, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Laundry with washer and dryer.
