I had some issues receiving notifications via the Stayz app once I was in New Zealand (possibly due to my international telco delays and possibly due to me being a little tech un-savvy), but our hosts were very accommodating. « Such a lovely home, with a bathroom for every bedroom and a beautiful deck out front with a view of the water. The only note I have is that it’s not super clear which front entrance is which (the home is split in to 2 rentals), so we almost walked in to the wrong home. Otherwise, wonderful stay and lovely hosts! »

« Absolutely amazing everything was all set up an ready for you comeing from near or far it had everythink u need in the house so u travel light the view beautiful lots of space for the children to run around. You get your own privacy if you needed help with finding ur way around the place u message on ur gmail..the owner directly calls so your not waiting around so long for them to contacts back she will ring straight away theres a lots of activities that keepd my children entertained i was over...

« A lovely property, a newly renovated villa in a quiet location surrounded by fields. Mostly well equipped, but lacking a few details like somewhere to hang towels in the bathrooms. Bath plug leaked and TV turned itself on at full volume at 7.30 am!! Good location for access to Twin Coast rail trail. »

« House was a lovely old house that has been added on to. Would have loved to know the history and stories of people who lived there. Beautiful area around the home. Was lovely to have access to laundry. Overall a very nice stay. »

« The house is well maintained and has a beautiful view. The property manager was "all business" - but was responsive when help was requested. Only one bedroom was made available - the other bedrooms were locked. (I some times am restless and might have made use of the second bedroom - though in all fairness I didn't raise the issue.) »

« Our booking was by pure fluke. We were staying in Mangawhai and every holiday rental was totally booked until we came across this beauty. Amy, our host and son Finn welcomed us to their piece of paradise with open arms and big smiles. We were then greeted by horses outside our window, an immaculate fully self contained flat with the most comfortable bed ive ever slept in and a swimming oasis at our feet. Everything about our stay was magical, right down the the friendly locals at the store 2mins...

« Has everything you need and more. Tucked away down a cul-de-sac. An awesome deck overlooking the bay, with a BBQ for those summer nights (and winter). Plenty of outdoor space for family & close to the beach for those early AM walks. Would definitely stay again. »
