« L’hôtel tombe en ruine, la patronne se cache … Nous étions les seuls clients pendant tout notre séjour, et voilà pourquoi : Pour le prix demandé et sans petit déjeuner, Il n’y a pas de wifi dans tout l’hôtel, La chambre n’est pas nette, Plus de papier toilette après un jour, Une savonnette ridicule, pas de body wash ni shampoing, Pas de sèche cheveux, Pas de téléphone pour demander de l’aide, Les chambres ne sont pas faites, ni nettoyées ni les draps changés même les serviettes de toilettes ne...

« Tout était insalubre, malpropre avec de la moisissure. Il manquait de rideaux dans la chambre, la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien la serviette de douche était sale, le personnel incompétent. Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel car les photos sur Expédia ne reflète nullement la réalité de cet hôtel. »

« Nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet hôtel. Celui ci est perché dans les montagnes et très proche de la ville. Lino, le conducteur de Tuktuk affilié à l’hôtel vous donnera des rides en ville à un très bas prix. La vue est magnifique sur le lac et le volcan. Le personnel est vraiment génial…ils nous ont grandement aidé lorsque nous avons eu des problèmes! Le déjeuner qui est gratuit est délicieux! »

« Well this place is OLD unkept, and over price for the quality. Staff was very professional. Doors broken, locks not working, walls crack and chipped very bad. Furniture were stained and due to city pest control spray that day there was so many bags all over the room. Which they had time to clean since we arrived at 6:00 pm and pest control was before noon »

"Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté l'amabilité de l'équipe. Bien que les installations puissent bénéficier d'un rafraichissement (principalement dans la salle de bain), l'hotel en soit est propre et l'extérieur est très bien entretenu. Nous avons eu la chance d'observer 4 perroquets libres en nous rendant prendre le petit déjeuner. Le prix sur Expédia est toutefois trop cher par rapport à la règlementation locale. Nous recommanderions de réserver directement avec l'hotel. Le point négatif majeur pour nous a été une erreur de communication. La personne à l'accueil nous a informé d'un prix pour le shuttle collectif offert vers l'aéroport à payer en argent. Le moment venu, la nouvelle personne nous a informés que le prix était le double, ce que nous n'avions bien sûr pas prévu puisqu'il s'agissait de notre dernière journée au Guatemala. Cela a créé beaucoup de frustration de notre côté. "

"Pas de service, personne à la réception, pas de WIFI , pas d'eau chaude, pas de téléviseur dans la chambre, plancher de la chambre sale, accès au lac limité et quasi non-praticable... Bref, un désastre sur toute la ligne! Dommage car l'emplacement est très beau et a beaucoup de potentiel mais il n'est tout simplement pas bien exploité!"

"Con: Unhelpful staff. The tours organized by the hotel are overpriced. We were asked several times by the restaurant staff to buy them boat rides. The restaurant food is really not good. Didn't even think about doing laundry there: $2 US for panties and $1.50 US for boxer shorts (which is a bit sexist). You have to pay $5 US for a clean towel, even after 3 days at the hotel. Also, the bathroom was very old and not quite as good as the photos. The only positive point is the incredible view of the lake and the hotel gardens, which are very beautiful."
