"Like others, I had a problem with the hotel being overbooked and was left without a room during an extremely busy holiday. Given how far the town is from other cities, and the fact that we arrived in the evening, this presented a safety issue as we were not able to find another hotel and had to travel after dark to seek out other options out of town. The person that checked us in said that they couldn’t hold a room that was booked via this site and that I should have made a few reservations...
