32m2 apartment on the 2nd Floor in the center of Royat and its various public transport. Completely renovated in February 2020, it is equipped with an American kitchen open to its living room and its glass roof to the bedroom.


In the main square of old Royat, you can find this magnificent medieval church, which will cut you off from everything which is very pleasant. You will also be a few meters from Royat park and its famous thermal center.

tres bon emplacement pour visiter parc volcans d'auvergne mais propreté et équipement logement à rev

Un effort important doit être fait sur la propreté du logement car le ménage fait est beaucoup trop superficiel. Il manque des équipements essentiels par ex pas de cafetière. Sinon l'emplacement est très bien pour les visites des volcans 10 mn de Vulcania
