"This property exceeded our expectations. Three couples, life long friends, the youngest of which was 78 for a "reunion". ..Could not have been more enjoyable. This property has plenty of room, bigger on the inside, than it appears from the outside. Great neighbors on each side that like to visit and share info about the neighborhood and lake. Don't miss McCabes Bar B Q in Manning. A word of caution, the stairs can be a little challenging for some senior citizens but we wouldn't hesitate to stay again!. . "

"For our family birthday party everything was nice and clean when we arrived and we had a good time overall being on the lake with a private boat ramp and enough room for everyone to have their own space to sleep an relax. However there were some repair problems and amenities missing that were advertised along with issues that we felt needed the owners or property managers attention as my family had some complaints during our stay. "

"The house was perfect and the location worked well for us. We were in the area visiting family at Shaw AFB and the location was convenient to the base and activities nearbye. We will book here every time we visit, it was much more than we hoped for. I only wish we would have had summer weather instead of winter to enjoy the outdoor features more."

"Gorgeous location and property. The kitchen lacked some of the items needed to cook or utensils were broken. The electronics on the oven were in frazzle mode which made it hard to determine settings or timers. However the rest of the house was perfect and clean for the stay! Thank you."
