Located in the heart of Rotorua, close to the Forest, Lakes and town. Our guest wing is private, quiet and provides you with your own entrance to come and go as you please. Our sleepout offers you a queen size bed, bathroom, kitchenette and TV. We also provide off street parking. Self check in. Check in times; check in 3pm to 9pm and check out 10am. Centrally located, 20 minute walking distance to town. Local coffee shop, bakery, award winning Fish and Chips and dairy within 5 minute walking distance. Redwood Forest is 10 minutes drive or bike ride. You have your own patio area with table and chairs to help you relax, this is a deck off the sleepout with an outlook of native flora and garden. During your stay we will be available either on the property at times or via cellphone. 5 minute bike ride to the redwood forest. A dog and Cat are also present at the property. Our sleepout does have a TV however the TV is Chromecast only. The bed was very comfortable and everything was nice and clean. It's compact, but absolutely fine for a few days, especially if you are spending most of your time out and about enjoying the city.
