They readily supplied me with a map of Rotorua when I asked for one. The room was clean and tidy. Sky TV had access to most channels. The motel was in a good location so easy commute to all Rotorua attractions. We booked Emerald spa motor inn for the personal Jacuzzi but it was not satisfactory. There was maintenance work going on and the workers left scaffolding laying on the walkway just outside our door. We had to step over it to get out of the room. Cups had not been cleaned properly and still dirty from previous guest. Used to be a great place to stay however seems to have different owners. The jacuzzi was wonderful after a day of walking around.
