Great house in close proximity to several beaches. Of course, Boca Grande is our absolute favorite. The pool/patio are was fabulous and we loved having a fenced yard for our pup. However, the grass looked as if it hadn’t been cut in a while. Thankfully, there was a mower in the garage and my husband didn’t mind mowing so our girl could find her tennis ball when playing fetch! We have rented three houses in the last year in Rotonda. This has been the best! House was homey, and pool was awesome with the sunning ledge. We also enjoyed watching the golfers and the wildlife. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The furniture was very comfortable. The fenced in backyard was a real bonus for our Golden Retriever. Very clean with ocean themed decor gets you in the mood to hit the beach. We tried out Lynn's reccommendation of Boca Grande Beach. Oh my what a lovely beach with lots of shells and shark's teeth. Turned out to be our fave of the 3 beaches we visited. The house is located in a quiet community close to many amenities. ##### Pandora J.
