« We arrived at 4:45pm, well after check in and our room was not ready. While we were checking in a couple was requesting a refund due to their room being way too hot. After about 45 mins they ended up giving us the room they were requesting a refund for. The location is beautiful but the only issue we could not get past was how hot the villa was. They do not have AC. The rooms have fans that really don’t do much. We kept both doors open in attempt to allow fresh air but that really didn’t do...

« I wish I could have given five stars to everything! I like the hotel I like the location. I chose a room without a balcony. I would not do that again. There is no windows to look outside either. The communication was trxt messaging through Expedia. That was a little rough. Waiting for people to respond to check in and waiting for people to respond when checking out. Neither people who helped me knew English. That was a challenge. They were kind and did their best to be helpful. It could be noisy...
