Hotel Caesar's
I reserved online through Hotels.com for a specific price in US dollars. When I arrived to check in, they said they could not bill me in dollars and it would have to be pesos. The problem is they use a made up exchange rate for pesos to dollars that is not accurate. This resulted in me paying more ...

Hotel Boutique Lafayette Tijuana
Just fyi the entrance are a flight of stairs,great location. Very nice decor, staff is amazing and very helpful. Con for us was the size of the bathroom tiny..very tiny it was very difficult for a 6 ft guy like me to even use it. Thats why a gave it a 3 stars.
