"Pool was closed. No clean towels were brought, garbage wasn't emptied and there was dust everywhere. No refills on shampoo or lotions. Phone was filthy. Gross! You should be embarrassed."

"The hotel was good for the price. No windows though for some weird reason (maybe it was just my floor). Good location. Staff were friendly except the one lady at reception who hung up on me when I asked if it was okay for staff to bring up my Uber Eats order. It was brought up by someone. Shower water was always cold so that kind of sucked. Also the taxi guy they got for me scammed me and dropped. E to departures for the airport so I had to get another taxi, pay 500 pesos so literally get dropped off 5 mins away to the walking border to San Diego. I would still book this hotel again not bad for the price I paid, spacious/ clean room,friendly staff (except the one girl) and obviously the taxi wasn’t ther fault I also didn’t report it to them because I was overwhelmed and just wanted to get home."

"I stayed here for what was going to be 3 nights but I ended up leaving after one night. The hotel is NOT in good shape. The room distribution (in the apartment style layout) is odd, undecorated, and feels very empty. There are NO windows in the unit that allow you to look outside. Although they list A/C as an amenity, the ONLY A/C unit is in the living room, the bedroom and dining room do not have A/C and get very warm. The A/C in the living room leaks water onto the floor. The boiler is not properly set up, so it can ONLY provide boiling hot water or cold water, nothing in between. When I brought my concerns to the attention of staff, they refused to offer me a refund for the unused nights and didn't seem interested in assisting me. The only great service provided here was Jose in the breakfast area, he was fantastic. Perhaps they should promote Jose to the general manager of the hotel to try to turn things around."
